The UWC Movement 

UWC was established in 1962 after the cold war with the mission of offering young people a challenging and transformational educational experience based on experimental learning and understanding, with the hope of creating a more peaceful and sustainable world. UWC brings together students from a diverse range of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds to live and learn together in a supportive educational environment.
